> GET IN TOUCH_

Whether it’s a training, coaching or a question about tools: I read every message myself and reply within two working days.
I help people, teams and organisations become nimble: spending less time on things nobody needs, and more on work that actually matters. Ideally with a few more smiles along the way.
Imagine doing your job the way you want to: working on meaningful ideas instead of building stuff nobody wants, and inspiring the people around you while you’re at it. That’s where I help teams get to.
Research is pretty clear on this: happy people perform better, are more innovative and stay healthier. So I use Agile and Lean principles to make work more engaging, and the results tend to follow. Think of it as turning your team from a bored panda into a quick and nimble cheetah. (I love pandas too, they’re just… so slow.)
I’m not the kind of coach who repeats something he once read somewhere. What I bring is grounded in theory and tested in practice, often my own. I like structure, I believe in the power of a good plan, and I tailor my approach to your organisation, not the other way around.
I started out as a software developer and spent years building products before I got into the Agile movement. Scrum, Kanban, Lean IT: I tried it all and got hooked. That developer’s eye never left; I still like to understand how things are actually built.
Today I’m a Professional Scrum Trainer™ for Scrum.org. I’ve trained many people to become Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Agile Coaches, and with Agile coaching I help organisations further along their Agile journey. My clients range from lean corporates to fast-growing scale-ups, across many different sectors.
Lately I’m especially curious about what AI changes for teams. When building becomes cheap, knowing what’s worth building becomes the hard part. That’s why I build tools like The What Gap, to help teams find out where they stand.
Sounds like we should talk? Send me a message or find me on LinkedIn.
