BEFORE THE COURSE
Intake and customization
Prior to the training, we discuss specific goals, context, and challenges. Examples, case studies, and exercises are aligned with the team’s reality so that learnings are immediately applicable to daily work. At the start of the course, I also review individual learning objectives to ensure maximum relevance.
DURING THE COURSE
Interactive and practical
No PowerPoint lectures: emphasis is placed on active learning. Participants engage through exercises, simulations, discussions, and real-world scenarios from their work. Together, we analyze these cases and convert theory into concrete action steps.
AFTER THE COURSE
Follow-up support
Following the course, participants receive all training materials used. I also remain available for questions and follow-ups. If desired, follow-up sessions can be scheduled to share experiences and reinforce practical adoption.
