Scrum Tune-up

In a Scrum Tune-up, one or more teams that already work with Scrum get sharp again. We start with an extensive retrospective on how you work today. From there we sharpen the essentials of Scrum and Agile, and go deeper into the advanced topics that matter most in your own practice. Every session is tailored: the agenda follows from the intake and the retrospective.
